All orders are placed via written enquiry (email or contact form). No order is accepted until confirmed in writing by the Company. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion, including where we are unable to verify the buyer's regulatory status.
All prices are subject to individual quotation and may vary based on product availability, quantity, origin, and market conditions. Prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms will be specified in each quotation. Pro forma payment is required unless a credit account has been formally agreed in writing.
Estimated lead times will be confirmed at the point of order. Risk in goods passes to the Buyer upon dispatch. Cold chain products will be transported under validated temperature-controlled conditions. The Company will provide shipping documentation and temperature logs where applicable.
All products supplied by Strategic Oakmont Medical Services are sourced exclusively from licensed manufacturers and authorised distributors. Batch records, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and GDP documentation are available on request for every order.
Claims for damaged, incorrect, or missing goods must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are accepted only where goods are defective or incorrectly supplied, and subject to prior written authorisation. The Company's liability to the Buyer is limited to the invoice value of the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
